A flex workspace is a collective term for a flex desk and a workspace. The difference between the two is not in the working environment but in availability. A workspace is always available, a flex desk is not.

In a flex office people co-work. Co-working is an economic business solution, a style of working. The idea is that employees make use of a shared office space. Usually, these are not entrepreneurs from the same company. You have the choice to work together, but if you want, you may also work independently. Is a flex office much cheaper than a fixed office?
If you do not want high costs and prefer to work from a different workspace than your home, then a flex office is the best option for you. With us, it can be as low as 220 EUR per month (excl. VAT). You may then be unlimited in your office, from 7am00 to 22pm00. The biggest difference between a flex office and a fixed office is that you do not have a fixed space. A flex office offers the same possibilities, as you can still receive your guests or visitors at the office.
Who uses co-working spaces or a flex office?
The use of co-working allows self-employed people, freelancers, home workers or people who travel a lot and still want to work from an office together with their colleagues. Usually, working from home is not as straightforward as it seems. Children playing at home during an important conversation with your client… That can sometimes be stressful. What is the minimum period to rent a flex office?
The minimum period to rent a flex office is only 1 hour! This means that if you call us for co-working, you can immediately start using your flex office. You decide yourself how long you want to use a flex office, without extra costs! If you want to register your registered office with us, you must at least commit to a one-year contract.
What should I know before renting a flex office?
The only thing you need to know and definitely do is bring your personal computer if you want to rent a flex office with us. We offer our customers a super fast internet connection (via WiFi and/or cable) and access to our multifunctional printers. When choosing a flex desk, you also have free access to our new meeting area. Furthermore, our sports zone is always ready for you when you want to spend your time in a healthy way and need a little break from the office world. A shower is also available, so you don’t have to worry about sweaty clothes. When you get hungry (which will probably happen), our kitchen provides a perfect space for that.

During this difficult period, we must not forget to keep 1,5 metres apart; the crisis is far from over. There is no need to worry: we take care of everything! When the door to offiRent opens, a hand sanitiser station is ready for you. You can sanitise your hands there. Your co-working space is several times a day disinfected and once a day cleaned. This means you can work with peace of mind and safely from your clean office!
